Technical Support Engineer|
We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Engineer to join a busy Customer Support Team in a bespoke innovative manufacturing business.
Reporting to the Technical Services manager, this individual will be an integral part of the team providing front line technical support on the phone and via email to customers.
Duties include the provision of efficient, accurate and exceptional technical assistance to customers via both phone and email. This individual will play a key role in scheduling and allocating service engineers to the relevant off-site job whilst keeping a consistent, detailed log and record of customer enquiries.
You will probably hold a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering although consideration will be given to individuals with a proven track record in a relevant discipline.
The successful applicant will have strong IT skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to think logically, with good analytical skills.
Full product training will be given but you must have the technical capability to learn about engineering products,
