We have immediate opening for an enthusiastic and dedicated Senior Marketing Coordinator in our Chicago, Illinois office.
The Senior Marketing Coordinator will lead strategic efforts and develop documents that are responsive and compelling in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) that solicit professional services from the architecture and engineering consultant industry. As a Senior Marketing Coordinator, the right candidate should be able to work with limited to no oversight and should be able to develop and build a sales case into each proposal and presentation.
Prior to the release of the RFP, the Senior Marketing Coordinator works with an Area Manager and/or Marketing Manager to lead strategy sessions, research the project context, track action items, manage the pursuit team, and build the "Win" strategy. Upon receipt of the RFP, the Senior Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing the proposal outline, compliance matrix, and production schedule, writing original content for the proposal response (i.e. cover letter, executive summary, understanding), and managing the complete document. They are also responsible for ensuring that internal and external requirements are communicated with the team and confirming that these requirements are satisfied. The Senior Marketing Coordinator works closely with the project manager, the technical staff, and local office management to ensure a complete document is created that communicates the "Win" strategy. In cases where a presentation is necessary, the Senior Marketing Coordinator leads the technical team in interview preparation, including developing PowerPoint presentations, coaching, or other support. The right candidate must be able to work well under deadline pressure and manage multiple deadlines concurrently.
Other duties of the Senior Marketing Coordinator include leading the marketing efforts of the Chicago office in partnership with the Area Manager and Marketing Manager, writing pursuit and capture plans as assigned, monitoring and reporting on the Chicago office metrics in CRM, and developing/mentoring Marketing Coordinator II and IIIs, as assigned. While based in Chicago, the Senior Marketing Coordinator would have the opportunity to work throughout the central portion of the country, from New Orleans to Chicago. Some travel is required.
The selected candidate must have the ability to work in the United States immediately.
