Customer Service Support (Renewal Champion)- SimplexGrinnell

About the role

As assigned by Manager:
• Obtain renewal list from ODS and ACE
• Manage in Sales Force
• Upload leads in sales force when identified during file review
• Execute renewal CSV calls
• Upload leads in sales force when identified during renewal call
• Create new renewal proposals, as necessary
• Customer Master maintenance – identify changes needed and enter into CM Casewise workflow
• PMA maintenance – identify changes needed and submit to CCA via PMA modification process
• Initiate termination requests uncovered during renewal process
• Retrieving copies of active contracts or creating new paper for renewal
• Escalate agreements for DOA when needed
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Must be able to demonstrate the following: excellent communication skills, strong customer service skills, team participation, a willingness to help others succeed, and a positive attitude.
High School Diploma or equivalent, successful completion of Associates Degree or higher preferred
