As a B2B Sales Advisor, you'll be making and answering calls, talking with prospective as well as existing customers across your defined region. You'll proactively question them about their business needs, and once you have a full understanding of their requirements you'll match and sell them relevant products and services. This will include selling, upselling and re-signing.
You'll also liaise with field-based colleagues to develop more complex solutions for clients, and will be involved in wider sales campaigns as required.
Developing strong relationships with your customer base, along with a passion to succeed in a sales driven environment, will be crucial.
Working as part of our clients Local Business team, the right candidate will be expected to:
Identify new sales opportunities
Be self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
Effectively manage sales opportunities and your pipeline
Work as part of a wider sales team; sharing ideas, knowledge and resources.
Ideally, you'll also have some previous experience working within a sales or telecommunications organisation
