Business Development Executive required for a well established IT distributor, based in Verwood. A very competitive basic salary of £18,000-£24,000+ UNCAPPED Commission. This is full-time permanent, office based position, working Monday-Friday, 09.00am-18.00pm No weekend or Bank Holidays ever involved, FREE parking, 28 days holiday + many other excellent benefits.|
As a Business Development Executive you will be required to generate new business from new and existing clients by telephone. You will be selling IT software and hardware, business to business, such as antivirus protection, Microsoft packages, monitors, graphics cards and much more. You will be researching new business whilst providing and maintaining exceptional customer service for existing clients. This position is purely cold calling to start with but as you build your client base you will naturally progress into an Account Manager.
Previous sales experience is required and whilst knowledge or a keen interest in IT would be advantageous full training and support will be given for the right candidate that can demonstrate a confident and enthusiastic telephone manner and good communication skills both written and oral. But more importantly the right candidate will possess a strong will to succeed and be willing to put in the effort which will be rewarded accordingly as the company offers a fantastic commission structure. You must be both a good team player, self-motivated, able to work on your own initiative and used to working to targets
