Role - Finance Portfolio Change Lead

We are working with an innovative Global FMCG client that are experiencing high levels of transformation to support with their continued growth and have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Portfolio Change Lead with experience of working within an FMCG environment, and more specifically having experience of working with a roll out set of shared services.

Reporting to the Finance PMO, the Portfolio Change Lead role will be responsible for the control, maintenance and planning of the integrated portfolio plan, ensuring routine activities are executed and providing quality assurance to ensure the required criteria of all pipeline activities are met ahead of approval stages. The Portfolio Change Lead is also expected to ensure all aspects of change related to the Finance Global Portfolio are effectively and efficiently anticipated and resolved.


Portfolio and Change Management

*Control and maintain the integrated portfolio pipeline, ensuring resource demand, funding requests and business cases are in place ahead of each decision milestone.
*Weekly status reporting, management dashboards and delivery trackers relating to workstream project plans, deliverables and status
*Working closely with each of the workstream leads to challenge, understand and manage dependencies, ensuring the identification of impacts of change, prioritisation of impacts and identification of action plans
*Support the benefits capture and tracking process and ensure workstream leads engage with the delivery and tracking of these

Communications Management

*Control and maintain the finance cross functional communications plan
*Create and consolidate executive level communication packs in line with the finance governance structure
*Managing the Global Finance Portfolio SharePoint site and coordinating integration and improvements across cross functional sites.
*Plan and coordinate global webinars in line with cross functional requirements

Key Skills:

*The Portfolio Change Lead must have extensive, demonstrable hands on experience in one of the following roles: Project Management, Continuous Improvement Management, Change Management.
*Must be able to work in a fast moving multi-faceted environment
*Able to set up and maintain, drive and embed a strong portfolio approach within a finance environment
*Ability to grasp concepts quickly
*Good stakeholder management, ability to converse in business language rather than project speak
*Rapidly builds strong relationships at all levels of the organisation and able to support others to resolve conflicts relating to the portfolio
*A natural and confident communicator with excellent written communication skills
