Call Centre Manager/Consultant - Swindon - £40,000|
Swindon company require a Call Centre Manager to coordinate the configuration and implementation of a new Mitel call management system for a team of c400 agents.
The role will see you configure the Call Centre Management system and its ongoing maintenance, working closely with Mitel.
With a sound knowledge of call centres you will understand best practice and configure the solution to match them.
Applicants will have sound stakeholder management skills and will ideally understand the complexities of IT server and communication landscapes.
