Are you an enthusiastic Technical Service Delivery Manager looking for a new challenge? Can you demonstrate a history of service management, incident and change management, continual service improvement and customer satisfaction for assigned products and services?
As the successful applicant you will be ITIL qualified and have a history of working with 3rd party suppliers to ensure delivery of business services in line with pre agreed service levels. You will have managed and improved Service Level Agreements and used ITIL methodologies to help demonstrate improvements made to the business.
You will have a good balance between technical skills and business acumen, as well as possessing outstanding attention to detail, communication and organisational skills.
