My client is currently recruiting for a Customer Services Manager. The company has been a MS Gold Partner for over 10 years and has a great reputation within the UK Market. They have won countless awards for their successful implementations over the years. They are now focusing largely on MS NAV 2016 and currently have a requirement for an experienced Customer Services Manager to join the team.
They are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated person with an interest in improving and maintaining the relationships that currently exist between their support team and customers who use their support services.
The successful candidate will have the following:
* A good understanding of Dynamics Navision.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for providing excellent customer service to a range of different clients.
This role will allow you to gain skills in a very niche vertical within Dynamics NAV, and make you an expert market specialist - you can be assured a good level of autonomy and flexibility that makes for a great work life balance.
