Job Title: Systems Design Authority|

The Systems Design Authority is required to support the Mono Pulse Secondary Surveillance Radar (MSSR) Product Authority & Software Design Authority and to take a key role in the development of the Mono Pulse Secondary Surveillance Radar.
The Systems Design Authority will provide support to the MSSR hardware & software development teams by owning the definition of the MSSR requirements and defining the testing to be undertaken to demonstrate compliance. The Systems Design Authority will take a key role in MSSR technical reviews and will support the generation of proposal material & the submission of bids for the new MSSR.
Candidates need to demonstrate experience of:
Requirements management and requirement management tools such as DOORS
Familiar with radar simulation tools
Ability to understand / investigate and resolve customer problems.
Engineering support ability to liaise with production and other department
Good communication skill
Ability to define & perform MSSR DVT / qualification tests
Familiar with six sigma principles
Ability to write technical requirement documents
Ability to work in a team.
Ability to perform under pressure.
Knowledge of MSSR interrogators is essential
Knowledge of configuration systems would be an advantage
