Maintenance Supervisor Required in Isle of Wight|
Mountjoy is a leading service provider of building and maintenance support across southern England. We have an excellent reputation for delivering flexible, tailored services, including new builds, major and minor refurbishments, alterations, extensions and rolling programmes of works across all building types and in both the public and private sectors.
Due to continued success and growth, we are now looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to work on our Isle of Wight Contract.
Reporting in to the Contract Manager, the successful Supervisor will be responsible for efficient and effective supervision of Trade Operatives and Sub-Contractors, making sure they adhere to H&S and are meeting the standards required for a variety of clients across the Isle of Wight.
You will also take responsibility for carrying out tasks such as quality checks, Operative assessments and Toolbox Talks as well as any other tasks that are required to enable Mountjoy to achieve its goals.
Our ideal candidate
As our ideal Maintenance Supervisor, you will be able to demonstrate proven experience of overseeing teams. Additionally any electrical qualifications would be highly beneficial to your application.

In return for your hard work as our Maintenance Supervisor, you will be entitled to a competitive basic salary of £32,000 - £34,000.
