Daily customer contact for breakdown management and control of a team of field based engineers. The helpdesk co-ordinator plays a vital role in establishing and maintaining excellent customer contact and call handling standards.
You will be familiar with customer call handling and logging, organising and planning engineer dispatch supported by effective and clear communication
