About the Business Line
We deliver creative solutions for building projects for industry, government, commercial and leisure sectors. Our building engineering specialists have expertise in structural and building services engineering, fire engineering, acoustics, facades and seismic design. We embed sustainability principles in every design.
This is a great opportunity in a newly created role with our Buildings Places team in Auckland for a talented mechanical building services engineer. The role will play an integral part of delivering building projects across the Auckland region. These will be across a wide range of market sectors including aviation, commercial, health, education and residential. You will be working in a dynamic and busy team offering continued career development opportunities with a global consultancy operating in over 150 countries.
You will be a mechanical engineer with a minimum 5 years post graduate experience in designing mechanical systems for buildings including:
You will be confident in attending client facing meetings representing AECOM on small scale projects, as well as running multi-disciplinary projects across a wide range of market sectors including commercial, health/laboratories, education and multi-unit residential.
A strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn and a desire to work in a dynamic, deadline driven team environment is required.
