We are currently looking for a Test Analyst to join our team in Brossard, QC .


  • Review product requirements and design specifications for preparing/conducting system level testing
  • Participate in periodic software and overall system design reviews
  • Develop and execute manual test procedures, test cases and unit testing for new and/or existing products
  • Design, develop and perform regression testing techniques and procedures to ensure product changes and features have been implemented successfully
  • Generate comprehensive defect reports using defect tracking tools and liaise with software development
  • Provide detailed and well-structured test estimates to achieve highest overall processes and metrics
  • Review defect tracking reports and change their statuses accordingly
  • Report project status, concerns and risks within the project to the Manager
  • Assist the Systems Integration group with evaluating plausible causes for field issues
  • Attend project status review meetings to provide updates to Project and Product Management
  • Collaborate in defining possible risks within the project and program meetings with project members to address concerns
  • Provide input to software architectures during the preliminary stages of a project
  • Coordinate with development team to ensure all features are properly implemented so that they are adequately cover in test scenarios
  • Design and implement test systems and unit tests

Education and Experience:
  • Technical Diploma, BS or BEng Degree in Computing or equivalent
  • 5 years of Testing experience
Skills and Experience:
  • Basic understanding of software analysis and design techniques.
  • Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile development/ Scum technics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with detail as well as with general assignments.
  • Strong team player.
  • A professional, results oriented individual with a high degree of self-motivation.
  • Hands-on experience in working with Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Experience with unit testing and automation
  • Must be bilingual in French
