About the role To Programme Manage Severn Trent's Customer Contact Effectiveness Programme, which includes a number of projects with a potential budget up to £20 million. Manage appropriate governance of programmes with rigour and adherence to Severn Trent's change and programme methodologies, ensuring accountability and responsibility are formally agreed and recognised.
The Programme Manager will provide appropriate challenges, best practice knowledge and innovation in respect of delivering a world class CRM solution, enabling a single view of the customer across multiple channels (phone, mobile, web and mail)
About you We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager who has previously ran, owned and overseen projects of around £20million. As the Programme Manager you will be responsible for the management and delivery of major transformational programme therefore you will have a proven track record and experience of delivering complex projects from initiation through to completion and experience of identifying/implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
You will ensure delivery of new functionality and business change to appropriate levels of quality on time and within budget.
You will be accountable for quality assurance on the overall integrity of the programme - standards applied and delivery of effective business change. This includes ensuring post go live performance and service levels have clear management and monitoring processes in place to ensure full business continuity
You will be highly customer focused with commercial experience in shaping and delivering programmes to have positive impact on customer journeys. Ability to translate business objectives and requirements into viable deliverables encompassing specifications for systems change, process mapping and organisational design. And experience of producing business cases (including financial models) and be able to monitor financial information via SAP.
