Great opportunity for an existing Associate Director or Client facing Senior Engineer looking to progress their career. This position offers the potential to become an Equity director within the company.|
This is an opportunity with an award winning Engineering practice that was set up to work closely with Architects and Designers. The practice was formed in 1999 and has provided engineering input on projects that ranging from £50K domestic extensions to £100 million commercial schemes.
The practice is split up into small groups of four or five people, comprising of Engineers and often others with design-related backgrounds. This allows for a good support network as well as the chance for people to take responsibility early on encouraging people to stretch themselves and grow their skills to resolve technically challenging issues.

This is very much a position for the right person who can either come into the company as an existing associate director or for a motivated Senior Structural engineer who is eager to progress to the next level. This position also holds the opportunity to eventually become an Equity Director within the company.
You will have more than 8 Years UK experience and ideally be chartered through ICE/IStructE or approaching this. Current projects are predominantly in the Hotel and Educations sectors so experience in this area would be beneficial. Other sectors include retail, residential, healthcare, commercial as well as conservation and special structures including artwork.
Depending on skills and experience the Salary is negotiable Starting from £50,000 for Senior Engineer level.
