Building Surveyor - Nottingham/Derby - £16.61 PAYE - £20.76 Umbrella - Social Housing|
You will have a great opportunity to work for a large housing association within the asset management team in the Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire area. This contract is a temporary contract initially for a six month period.
You will be responsible for carrying out surveys on properties of the housing association either on planned maintenance team or on a reactive maintenance basis.
You will ensure that your work is carried out in a professional and efficient manner and work towards the goals and policies of the housing association.
There are two roles available one within the planned maintenance team and the other within the reactive maintenance team.
This role is a fulltime role - 35 hours per week.
You will be an experienced building surveyor with a minimum of 3 years experience working on social housing improvement works. You will be fully experienced working in a tenant face to face environment.
You will have experience of compiling quotations based on stock surveys.
You will have a minimum of a HNC in building surveying and be competent in IT.
