Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager with experience delivering residential and social housing, new builds, modular construction or refurbishment projects to an exceptional standard? |
An award winning construction company are looking for a Project Manager to join their busy and expanding team to manage projects ranging from £1-£30M.
The successful Project Manager will be responsible for the development of all residential and social housing, new builds, modular or refurbishment projects, from the initial brief, advising on and managing all stages of the project, ensuring the project runs on time and in budget, from feasibility to contract award, right through to completion and handover to the operational team.
The Project Manager will hold a degree in a relevant qualification and ideally be a member of a property related professional body.
Experience in the following is essential:
* Building surveying experience
* Proven ability to manage multi-site projects within challenging timescales
* Financial business acumen, good budget control
* An eye for detail for quality workmanship
And finally the Project Manager will have the drive and ambition to grow and develop with this forward thinking company.
