As a Call Centre Advisor you will be the voice of our business, ensuring that we deliver multi award-winning customer service to new and existing customers in our own innovative way.
You will be constantly managing our customer expectations to resolve queries and complaints effectively, whilst remaining calm and composed is no easy task, but to our Call Centre Advisors it's a breeze.
Our Call Centre is open seven days a week from 7:00am to 11:00pm. We need people that can fully commit to shifts between these days and hours to ensure our customers remain at the heart of Ocado.
What do we need from you?
* Customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills
* A high level of written and spoken English
* The ability to work well under pressure
