Job Title: Digital UX Designer|
My client is looking for a Digital UX Designer to join their Digital Services team in their Havant offices.
The Digital Services team mission is to deliver world-class digital customer experience for their customers. They are responsible for both the day-to-day management and the strategic development of the digital customer experience. They are always looking to identify great talent to support their growth and an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital User Experience Designer to join the team based in Havant.
Reporting into the Digital User Experience Manager, you will be accountable for integrating concepts, business requirements and technical enablers into the design process. You will achieve this by conducting customer research and testing in order to fully understand their requirements and ensure that the design balances the core needs of the customer and the business. This role plays a pivotal part within the UX & Design team as you will be expected to work closely with wider teams throughout the business such as Analytics and development teams to gain customer insight so that we can develop intuitive and compelling digital design and bring it to life. You will be involved in all elements of the development lifecycle from start to finish through analysis, design and implementation, driving processes and creating storyboards, wireframes, mockups and working prototypes in order to provide solutions and guide development.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has in depth knowledge and understanding of all aspects of UX design including customer personas, user journeys, interface design, wireframes and prototype development. Proficiency in standard industry tools such as Adobe Creative Suit, Axure, Omnigraffle and InvisionApp is essential. You are highly creative and naturally think outside of the box when it comes to problem solving, taking a proactive approach and adapting accordingly to changing situations, whilst making a positive personal impact. Your strong business acumen means that you take accountability for your performance to ensure that you deliver strong results. Using your excellent communication, planning and organisational skills, you are able to create and affectively manage relationships both internally and externally on a variety of different levels
