If you are a CNC Miller who wishes to part of a business and not just a number then this may be the role for you.
The CNC Miller will be required to set/operate and machine parts from batch sizes ranging from 10-150 pieces.
The company Design, Manufacture and Assemble their bespoke products making them market leaders in their field.
Not relying on a specific sector the business are an OEM which in turn offers long term stability as they are reliant on themselves as a company only and not the demand of specific sectors.
Being market leaders in there niche market, they have grown from strength to strength recently making new appointments with ambitious plans for growth - and look to hit some huge targets by 2020 with growth plans.

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:45am-4:15pm + Overtime available
Salary: £11-£15 per hour dependent on experience
Overtime rates: time ½
Background required: Must have previous CNC Milling experience within a precision engineering environment.
You must be flexible - this is not a button pushing role where everyday is the same. We want you to be part of the business and to get involved running various machines, inspect own parts, help in design, help in assembly, help in testing of new parts, help in creating and developing new machines parts ready for research and development.
-Must have previous CNC Milling background - Setting and operating ideally with basic programming/online editing experience
The ideal CNC Miller will possess as many of the following as possible in order to strengthen the application:
- Time Served Apprenticeship
- Competent to run multiple machines - Highly beneficial if the candidate can operate a number of machines in this machine shop precision engineering environment.
- Competent to set and operate
- Basic online editing skills
- Manual machining skills highly beneficial
- The desire to progress and use other CNC operated machinery
