A Facilities Consultant is needed to develop and deliver to clients, a complete facilities procurement strategy. Looking at leading edge facilities and property management advise and solutions including procurement. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in facilities Management and consulting that would be excited to join a market leading real estate advisory business. This opportunity includes:

* Responsible for developing and delivering to clients a complete facilities procurement strategy including the development of documentation and management of the procurement process
* Responsible for developing and delivering leading edge solutions to clients in relation to their facilities and property management organisation including the creation of target operating models and standard operating plans, best in class gap analysis, performance management reviews and bottom line improvements
* Assisting with the preparation of proposals
* Networking to create new opportunities

* Previous professional facilities and procurement consultancy experience and advising external Clients
* Preferably Property Investor and Property Occupy client experience
* An understanding of public sector and corporate facilities and procurement
* Facilities consultancy experience including the development and delivery of strategic and operational solutions to clients
* Excellent procurement knowledge and understanding of the procurement process and supply chain management including BS8572
* Good Property knowledge and experience
* An understanding of contract law
* An understanding of engineering services
* Experience in bid submissions
* Experience of EMEA working (although not essential)
* Experience of managing and mentoring others

* Good analytical skills
* Good written, oral and presentation skills
* Must have good IT Skills and good all round ability to use all Microsoft office packages including Project, PowerPoint Word, and Excel
* Needs to be able to work on own initiative as well as contribute as a member of a wider team

* Should be RICS or BIFM qualified or equivalent qualification
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a consultancy role
