Air Conditioning/Chiller Engineer - London - up to £40k, Van, Bonus & benefits.
A rapidly expanding Facilities Management Company based in the South East of London requires an experienced Air Conditioning/Chiller Engineer to join their busy team to cover all over London within the M25.

As the Air Conditioning/Chiller Engineer you will possess relevant AC and Refrigeration industry qualifications such as NVQ and F-Gas (2079 Cat 1 J11 or min Category 2 J12).
Additional electrical discipline, and skilled on chillers.
Comprehensive working experience from a HVAC and Building Services environment.
A continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industry.
Proven technical knowledge of a wide spectrum of Air Conditioning systems and plant including that of: VRF/ VRVS, AHU's, Chillers, Coldroom's and Specialist Refrigeration.
Ability to develop and be part of a team. Manage their own time, works and paperwork.
Capable of building long term relationships with clients both of existing and prospective.
Positive attitude "can do will do". Flexible in approach to hours and solving problems on site.
Overtime is expected and participation in the on-call rota.

The Package:
£35-40k depending on experience.
40hrs basic 8-5pm (If travel is deemed more than an 1-1.5hrs then a negotiated payment is provided)
Overtime as and when required
On Call £115 - with minimum 3hr payment per call out at below rates
Mon - Fri: 17.00 - 2400 @ time and a half
Mon -Sat: (Apply online only) @ double time
Saturday: @ time and a half
Sundays and Bank Holidays: @ double time
PER PERSON TRAINING BUDGET is applied to those that pass their 6 month probationary period
Genuine ability to grow and develop skills with associated promotions. All 4 of our current Contract Managers, plus our Service Manager have been promoted from the field
Following probationary period - Contributory Pension
20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, plus 3 Bonus annual leave days.
