An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading Automotive manufacturer in the Coventry area as a Customer & Technical Support Engineer. The business is going through a period of growth and brining in the best Automotive talent in the UK.
The key responsibility of this job is to co-ordinate and action customer queries and enquires and to support customer Aftersales activities. This to include liaising with other departments.
Will predominantly handle dealer and customer inquiries as received and action as required. This to include all aspects of dealer Aftersales activities as well as Technical Support. The job is Coventry based, with occasional dealer visits throughout the dealer network. International travel may also be required.
It is essential candidates have the following experience.
* Time-served with at least 6 years' experience in a technical/technical support role.
* Must have held a supervisory position involving customer interface and problem solving skills.
* Motor Industry or Industry of Road Transport Engineers qualifications.
