We are currently seeking a Technical Support Assistant to join our established office team.
You must have good knowledge of excel and word, have good initiative, ability to listen and not be afraid to suggest, willing to help out, good attention to detail and accuracy.
Set up all training requirements, chase signature sheets and update matrix on excel
Print out CBT Training questionnaires
Send out medical appointments, inform supervisors, update radiation trained personnel spreadsheet
Organise training and medical notices and create notices for workforce
Record all distributed PPE in individual personnel folders, stock control, ordering etc
Scan holiday forms into individual computer folders
Make up Contractor SQEP files for new starters and remove leavers
Help with interview packs, booking in and new starter packs
Maintain daily point of work sheets from supervisors, collate in date order and share with Site Manager/Deputy
Order stationary and keep stock up to date
Attending monthly Training & Risk Assessment meetings and Learning & Development client meetings (alongside Office Team Leader)
New starter health physics beryllium forms inputting details to activate medicals & training
Photocopier supply stock of toners & waste including A4 & A3 stocks
PAT testing spreadsheet upkeep
Health physics contact for non classified working letters for distribution and filing
Collect daily post and distribute
Help with pass renewals & new starters
Any addition help to Office Team Leader
