We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious customer care manager to join our growing team in Manchester.
As a customer care defects manager you will lead in the delivery of excellent customer service, guiding, coaching and leading the customer service team and liaising with all operational sections to be able to improve our customer service position whilst building further excellent relationships with our clients.
Already experienced as customer care defects manager you will have extensive knowledge of effective customer service management strategies and best practice. You will also have a detailed knowledge, of a wide range of current best practice and working effectively with managers and staff to achieve the most effective results.
