Site Manager - New Build Affordable Housing|
£40k - £45k salary + car / car allowance + package
Our client is a nationally recognised building contractor who operates in most areas of the construction industry. Owing to the award of several large scale affordable housing contracts in the North West region the company are experiencing a period of exceptional business
growth and to continue with their journey of growth; they are seeking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their rapidly expanding team.
Reporting to the Regional Contract Manager, the Site Manager will be required to successfully deliver new build affordable housing developments for a wide range of Social Housing clients.
To qualify for this exciting and diverse opportunity, the company are seeking an experienced Site Manager with the following work / employment history:
" Experience of undertaking the full scope of Site Management actives where you have been heavily involved with sites at pre construction stage through to final completion and handover.
" Ideally from a trade background
" Possess a proven track record of successfully delivering new build affordable housing projects to the public sector although individuals who have a wealth of experience successfully delivering new build open market housing projects of between 30 - 50 units could be considered.
" Detailed understanding of Health & Safety procedures
" IT literate with Microsoft packages such as word, excel etc.
" Energetic and enthusiastic approach to working with clients and colleagues
" Good tenure of employment with previous companies
They will also have a good understanding of the sustainable housing code and have also worked on design and build contracts.
