Contracts Manager (Roofing & Cladding)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join one of Nottinghamshire's leading sub-contractors operating in the roofing sector. The company specialises in design, supply and installation of roofing and envelope systems on major public sector funded contracts such as schools, hospitals and prisons they are experiencing an increase in enquires.
Reporting to the Contracts Director, the role will consist of overseeing multiple projects (x4 max) at values from £50k to £2M; schemes will be located around the Greater Midlands although you will be expected to travel further to site on occasion. Duties include working closely with the client, producing method statements, risk assessments, QA, Tool box talks and arrange labour when required,
In order to be successful applicants must have experience of working as a Contracts Manager within the roofing and cladding sector.
Key Attributes * Background in running multiple projects (Building Envelopes) * Wide and varied knowledge of cladding/roofing systems * Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills * Must be organised * Be able to work on your own initiative * SMSTS Certificate * CSCS Card (At appropriate level)
