Our client are providers to the Telecommunications, Civil Engineering, Rail, Electricity and Energy Sectors in Ireland, the UK and Internationally.

We have been asked to supply an experienced Noticing Coordinator to join the Noticing and Programming office to assist in the delivery of a £125m, 3 year Telecommunications Framework across Scotland. The successful candidate will be a knowledgeable Noticing Coordinator with extensive experience in all aspects of Street Works Noticing & Legislation.

Noticing Coordinator roles & responsibilities:

- Noticing & Way leave administration
- Work to recognised codes of practice in use of Symology reporting systems
- Street Works Administration
- Sound working knowledge of legislation & practices for necessary documentation requirements
- Liaising and establishing good relationships with Councils
- Investigating reasons for rejected notices from Highways Authorities and where necessary, rescheduling of work dates
- Extensive liaison activities with sub-contractors on a daily basis

Desirable skills:

- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Skilled in the accurate input of complex detailed information
- Proven ability to communicate at all levels with internal & external customers
- Positive track record of resolving in-depth queries in a methodical manner
- Symology experience would be advantageous
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in the utilities industry is mandatory
