The Technical Manager role, based in their Essex office, will be overseeing all technical aspects of multiple developments, all at different stages of the construction life cycle.
The company is a national developer with an array of different projects which you will be working on, so at any time your portfolio may include work on high rise luxury RC through to traditional build.
You will be supported by a technical co-ordinator and administrator in the completion your projects, which usually comprise of 1 project pre-construction, one midway and one at finishing, in total circa 300 units.
Due to the nature of this role it is essential that applicants have previous experience of working within the residential sector preferably working for a developer, hosing association or main contractor. In addition to this you will need to be able to show previous working experience of completing projects through the full life cycle of a similar size.
