I am currently looking for 2 x Service Desk Analysts to work based in Bristol.|
Contract Duration: to 30th November 2016
Start Date: Immediate - Only apply if you can start immediately!
Rate : £12 per hour to the Service Desk Analyst, 37 hours per week (by rota covering the hours 07:00 - 18:00 hrs Monday - Friday)
Key Technical Knowledge
• ITIL awareness and understanding, with the ability to follow processes and procedures
• Familiarity in preparing procedure documents and training guides.
• Helpdesk / Service Desk 1st line support where 60%+ 1st time fix is achieved.
• Experience supporting Windows Operating Systems.
• Experience working with Exchange and Active Directory.
• Experience of advanced MS Office support.
• Experience providing basic network and connectivity support.
• Support of Blackberry, iPhones, Smartphones & general Telecoms support.
