As the Service Manager you will be responsible for both building and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring SLA's are met and all KPI's are delivered.

You will be responsible for the successful running of the UK and global IT functions, operating within a matrix organisation within the following matters: managing customer's service and service levels through daily analysis and reporting; attending monthly customer reviews; interfacing with technical teams; interfacing with Projects; managing incidents and changes; managing the Risk Register; maintains documentation, resolving complaints/escalations

Must be SC Cleared

Excellent communications skills are essential. Full JD available
