We have a brand new opening for a Digital Customer Involvement Officer to help us run our digital customer forum: The Customer hubb (help us be better), and develop more online involvement opportunities.

Working alongside the Customer Involvement & Scrutiny Specialist, you will ensure a smooth transition takes place between both our traditional and digital customer involvement services, while making sure our customers feel confident about using our forum, and helping us to identify new ways where we could improve our excellent services.

Further responsibilities for the role will include working with others across the business, to develop ways in which the Customer hubb could be integrated into our current CRM system ensuring the relevant involvement resources are available via the intranet. You will take the lead in encouraging customers to use the service, and how it is developed, whilst ensuring our outstanding services are concurrent with the best standards of practice.

To be successful in this role, you must be a strong communicator, able to work under your own initiative, while contributing to the wider team. A model candidate would ideally have a least 2 years' proven experience in customer involvement and/or customer services. This should be complemented by an understanding of digital customer forums and involvement techniques-how important information can be linked through social media channels-as well as a knowledge of the regulatory framework associated with involving customers. You will also need to be able to work flexibly outside of normal office hours if required.
