Business Systems Delivery Manager|
£Competitive Plus Dental Cash Plan, Care Share & Cycle to Work Scheme, Matched Pension, Life Cover, Enhanced Parental Pay, Childcare Vouchers, 26 Days' Holiday + Bank Holidays & More
This is a fantastic opportunity for a business change professional to work with one of the UK's leading charities and make a significant contribution to helping save lives.
The RNLI is a charity that has been saving lives at sea for over 190 years. We know there's still more we can do and the organisation is focused on reducing drowning in UK and Irish waters by a further 50%. We are now looking for a Business Systems Delivery Manager to join our team.
These are exciting times at the RNLI as we are in the midst of our Business Transformation Programme, which will be the cornerstone of our future plans over the next 10 - 15 years.
Part of this will involve implementing important systems to help us manage all operational and support activities. You will help the organisation to drive and reap the benefits of these systems.
As the Business Systems Delivery Manager, you'll lead the RNLI's business systems strategy and development.
Planning out the future system strategy, you'll build a strong understanding of business functions and how they translate into system processes.
You'll identify where further process and performance improvements should be focused, and evaluate business systems, change priorities, budgets and resource implications.
Additionally, you'll lead business engagement with key senior RNLI stakeholders to facilitate business systems changes.
To be considered, you must have knowledge and experience of:
- Delivering business change projects
- Good practices in product management, systems architecture and/or design, testing and development operations
- Developing ERPs, ideally MS Dynamics AX and/or CRM
As the Business Systems Delivery Manager, you must be articulate and driven with strong time-management abilities. An analytical mindset and exceptional prioritisation abilities are also key.
Ideally, you'll understand the values, principles and practices of Agile, Waterfall, Lean and continuous improvement techniques. A degree (or equivalent) would also be advantageous.
Please note, the closing date for applications is 25th September 2016.
