ICT Support Analyst|
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 depending on skills
Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a tech-savvy Support Analyst to join their ICT team working in the London Head Office to excellent support to internal stakeholders across the Group.
The role will be responsible for providing desktop and remote user support, analysing technical issues and identifying solutions to minimise impact to the individual or business. On a broader remit, you will undertake project work to ensure you constantly acquire technical knowledge to develop your skills.
With a meticulous approach, you will maintain a log of support requests, escalating any major issues and prioritising the urgency of each request. With an understanding of computer hardware, mobile phones and printers, you will be responsible for fixing components and assisting with desk moves and offices set-ups.
This role requires a customer-focussed, motivated and organised candidate with experience / knowledge in the following:
Microsoft Technologies including Windows Server 2008 R2 and Exchange 2010
VMWare and other virtualisation technologies
Citrix XenApp and Citrix XenDesktop
HP, Sharp and Xerox printing technologies
You will be accustomed to managing a variety of support queries and have good networking knowledge. Although not essential, it would be advantageous if you were held a relevant IT qualification (such as MCP / MCITP / MCSE or ITIL)
