Operational Assurance Team as a VBA Developer / Analyst.

You will design, build and deliver solutions for UK Operations taking into account the current EUC Policy. These will allow a more robust mechanism for capturing data or streamlining complex and manual processes. You will also design and implement a process to document & facilitate requests, requirements, and business sign off for new tools being built. Once the process is implemented, you will maintain the process facilitating the completion of documentation. You will be required to maintain a view of in-flight work and pipeline.

The role is anticipated to be a 50/50 split between VBA development and Business Analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and deliver new solutions or enhancements to existing ones within pre-agreed timescales
* Maintain and challenge existing Tools to ensure these reflect the ongoing changes within UK Operations so they remain fit for purpose
* Coordinate incoming work load where required, to ensure requests are responded to efficiently and/or assigning ownership of tasks when required
* Strengthen existing and encourage development of effective relationships both within UK Operations and the wider group
* Managing expectations in relation to workload and timescales through strong stakeholder management
* Ability to interact with Operational teams gathering information and understanding their processes to be able to clearly document the user requirements
* Implement and maintain a lightweight project framework for tool builds. Ensure requests are formally captured, requirements are clearly documented, and builds signed off by the business
* Maintain a view of all requests, pipeline builds, and in-flight projects in a format that can be used to manage expectation
* Provide regular updates and clarification as and when necessary in relation to work load, key tasks, potential issues and impacts
* Prioritise and organise personal workload to meet deadlines, goals and objectives
* Proactively contribute to the achievement of team goals, sharing experience & ideas

* Develop a network of internal and external relationships beneficial to the role
