The British Dietetic Association is the largest organisation of nutrition professionals in the UK; representing the nutrition and dietetic workforce across all sectors. With over 8,500 members, their membership database is their major asset, and the successful management of their members` data is fundamental to the ongoing success of the organisation.

Hours: 36 hours per week
Salary: £27,482 - £31,511 per annum

About the role:
Based from their office in Birmingham city centre, they are seeking an experienced data professional to champion their data. You will work across all teams and functions to review, improve and develop its best use, breadth, relevance and quality.
You will have a solid understanding of managing and analysing data, the relationships within the data and how to interpret and report on the data to support business intelligence and insight.
The role will implement their overarching data strategy, and they will look to you to provide advice and guidance on the latest data systems and future trends, alongside developing new reporting and analytics tools to effectively support the organisations future needs and requirements.
You will be expected to ensure existing and new data is accurate, reliable and useful, and lead on continually developing processes to support the ongoing integrity and value of the data to ensure it meets the needs of the whole business and the wider profession.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high performing membership team and to make a real difference in arming the association with vital business intelligence and insight to further meet their strategic aims.
You will have an awareness of the ongoing developments in data and CRM systems and be able to identify and suggest improvements ensuring the needs of the business are met. Previous experience working within an IT, data and analytics environment is preferred.
