We are presently seeking an IT Project / Programme Manager for our client, an exciting and fast growing name in the financial services sector to be based at their new North West offices in Warrington. This position will be part of a brand new team, which is required due to the growth of the business and recent acquisitions. This is an exceptional opportunity with significant opportunity for growth.
This role will focus on overseeing a wide range of key IT projects which the company requires in order to keep developing and growing, at what is an extremely exciting time for the business. The projects include development of their new database, so experience of software development would be highly desirable.
Financial Services or Banking industry experience would be useful but is not essential. This person will need to be able to work collaboratively with SMEs and external parties. We are very much looking for a well rounded project manager with a range of skills, but primarily an IT focus.
We are looking for a self starter, PRINCE2 would be advantageous but not essential. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the dedication to help drive the business forward and lead by example in what is a dynamic and fast moving environment. An IT qualification or background is preferable.
