We are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Support Engineer based in the Leamington area. The Helpdesk support engineer will be working in a friendly team of with 3 other engineers. |
The helpdesk Engineer daily duties are:
Taking calls from the customers and offering Technical support to them or scheduling a service Engineer to come to site to repair the problem.
Reading electrical drawings and able to support with electrical and control system diagnostic
Travelling to customer sites once every 4 weeks to offer training to engineers on plant machinery and build rapport with the customer.
You will also be dealing with customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
Keeping accurate records of customer interaction.
The successful Helpdesk support Engineer will be electrical bias and customer focused.
The ideal Engineer will be down to earth, friendly, calm and have a good sense of humour.
A problem solving mindset will be essential for the role.
Having technical knowledge and experience would be advantageous for the role.
Being from a similar position would also be an advantage but not essential.
Salary - £36,000 per annum
Monday -Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm
Friday 8.30am - 5pm
