Salary £30,000 - £32,000 Basic + Training + Progression
An exciting opportunity for process or manufacturing engineers looking to join a growing company in the worthwhile medical industry. On offer is a strong starting salary with the potential to progress further, financially and technically, into senior process or manufacturing roles. Enjoy a varied role you will be implementing manufacturing processes and ensuring continuous improvement across the site.
The company has been well established and is looking to expand on their already large market share. They are seeking process development engineers who are competent in the implementation of manufacturing processes. The candidate will benefit from training and progression in a role within a rapidly expanding company.
* Implementation of manufacturing process
* Continuous improvement (increase output, decrease costs & waste)
* Design and source equipment to improve operations
* Assessing KPIs and discussing with management
* Experience with manufacturing processes
* Background from electro-mech / electronic manufacturing
* Willingness to travel and spend time at Spheres Cambridge facility, Initially for the first 3 - 6 months, as the role will be based in Cambridge before transfer to North Wales
* Full UK Driving License
