Mechanical Building Services Engineer - Progression in 18 months

£35,000 Basic + Loads of Overtime + Progression + Career Development + 25 Days Holiday + 3% Pension

A small to medium sized, well established building services organisation are currently recruiting for a mechanical engineer to work across a prestigious commercial contract based a stones throw from Bank Station.

The company are a family owned organisation who really look after and appreciate their employees, they are a growing and developing business who are always winning work and with a very low turnover of staff (6 in 6 years) they are one of the most sought after businesses to join within the building services engineering sector.

The candidate should be mechanically qualified and ideally have completed a full apprenticeship with City and Guilds qualifications, candidates need to have experience working across a variety of mechanical HVAC Plant including; heat exchangers, calorifiers, water treatment, cooling towers, AHU's, FCU's, pumps, motors, valves, water chillers, boilers, BMS systems, emergency lighting and general building services equipment.

The candidate should be smart, presentable and keen to progress within the organisation, ideally the candidate should be a supervisor within the next 18 months.
