-circa £17k per annum on 6 month fixed term basis
Our client, a leading UK facilities management services provider are looking to recruit a Helpdesk Operator to join their helpdesk team based at their regional office in Newmarket, Suffolk.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Scheduling engineers diaries
-Fielding incoming calls from customers
-Coordinate a high volume of engineering jobs
-Update all relevant IT systems
-Ensure all paperwork is updated and filed correctly
-Strong Microsoft Office experience
-Will ideally have worked in a busy helpdesk environment
-Preferably will have experience of coordinating FM engineering schedules
-Must be able to commute to Lanwades Business Park in Newmarket
-Must be immediately available to start
