About the role:

  • In this challenging and rewarding role, the receptionist is the first point of contact for incoming call and visitors to our office.
  • Screen and direct incoming telephone inquiries to the appropriate team member in a professional manner
  • Provide information to callers on an as needed basis
  • Receive and send email and courier packages following the correct procedures
  • Greet and direct all establishment visitors
  • Provide administrative support to the team including data entry, filing, processing of invoices and time entry
  • Order supplies for Office and Kitchen as required
  • Responsible for overseeing the maintenance of office equipment including printers and copiers
  • Follow up on the issuing of Insurance and License agreements
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Who we’re looking for

  • Previous receptionist experience in a fast paced, customer oriented environment
  • Strong knowledge of MS office and proficiency with online systems
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external customers
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational abilities
  • Strong customer service skills and demonstrated initiative and problem solving abilities
  • Working knowledge of accounts payable
  • Completion of High School education required
