AECOM is actively seeking an Regional HR Director in our Sacramento, CA office. The Regional HR Director will provide leadership and expertise in support of assigned DCS client organization to enable delivery of sustainable growth and profitability through excellence in our people, processes and values.
The Regional HR Director role is responsible for managing and directing the activities of the Human Resources function. This individual works closely with business leaders to ensure HR programs and services are in place to support and drive key business objectives. In this role, the Director leverages services from the Centers of Excellence in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Performance and Rewards, Diversity and Inclusion, Organization & Employee Development, Compensation, Benefits and Global Mobility. We are seeking an individual with a solid HR business partner background and demonstrated change management experience to function as a strategic business partner who has experience directing a broad range of human resources initiatives and programs. The selected individual will be able to lead cultural change, build internal business partnerships, and provide coaching to develop others, challenge the status quo and offer creative solutions to business issues. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal and project management skills, have previous experience in a large publicly traded organization, preferably in a technical professional environment.
