Mechanical Project Manager required for a well established M&E/Main contractor. My client has an excellent list of clientele, their business is ever expending due to this.

Their capabilities over the years have extended to include a combined mechanical and electrical service offering installations into markets such as retail, commercial fit out, health, education and industrial, nationally. Values range between £10,000 to £3m.
Ideally candidates will come from an M&E Sub Contractual background and have experience of a similar industry sectors.
1 Organise / Chair progress meetings with clients, sub contractors and specialist sub. Contractors for on site co-ordination works.
2 Oversee / resolve design & construction issues on site.
3 Involvement with the tender.
4 Project managed daily activities on site.
5 Writing of risk assessments and Method statements.
6 Involvement with end of project commissioning.
7 Planning projects from conception to completion.
8 Preparing time programmes.
9 Managing site personnel, Supervisors, trades sub-contractors etc.
10 Quantifying and purchasing materials.
11 Carrying out final demonstrations and handover to clients.
12 Reporting to a senior director. Responsible for the operation of the mechanical contracting team, ensuring that the Contracts Managers provide an efficient and professional service.
