Purpose of the Role...

• To support the Product Manager and Sales Team with 'back office' administration, entering company sales forecasts & target plan, raising EO & SOA and manage the marketing budget.
• To support the external Sales team and Distribution Partners with pre-sales 'back office' product information, system design, project support and commercial terms statements.
• To aid the Sales team by managing project pipeline, stock profile and activities of our Distribution Partners / Customers

Key Responsibilities...

• Provide the business the forecast and target plan on a weekly/monthly basis as required
• Manage the marketing budget and raise BQMS requests & EOrders to facilitate marketing activities and raise SOA to maximize sales
• Provide Partners with Monthly/Annual Commercial Terms Statements
• Provide Sales Team and Distribution Partners with product information in a timely manner
• Provide customers with a Project design service utilizing DVM Pro software and AutoCAD
• Operate Project Registration to ensure activities of our distributors with end users (products, sales activity, stock levels etc) is understood
• Manage the Project Pipeline to ensure the pipeline (GSBN) is updated on a regular basis
• Provide Stock Profiling and ensure Sales Team and Partners are provided accurate stock availability in a timely manner
• Manage stock activity to ensure we have up to date information on stock levels, sales out data and which distributors are selling to which end users
• Assist the Product Manager in the creation of technical information, product brochures, bulletins, product presentations and website amendments
• Assist SCM team with order processing, forecasting and stock control, as and when required

Key Competencies/Characteristics...

Essential Skills
• Educated in mechanical engineering (prefer HND or degree level)
• Excellent IT skills, Excel in particular
• Operational use of AutoCAD
• Good presentation skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills and business acumen
• Good project management skills and ability to work well under pressure
• Professional manner and attitude
• Knowledge of air conditioning systems (at least theoretical)
• Strong relationship building skills

Desirable Skills
• UK operational experience in AC industry
• Advanced AutoCAD Skills
• Knowledge of SAP business software
• History of Technical support & Training
• Experience of working with different cultures
• Enthusiastic attitude and passion for target achievement
• Progressive goal & vision for success
