FastTrack Management Services are pleased to be recruiting for a leading property sales and lettings business who are currently seeking ambitious Sales Advisors to join an exciting new team. My client offers a multitude of services to buyers, with offerings of lettings packages, mortgage services, surveys, and conveyancing, which contribute in the process of achieving a successful completion of their sale or purchase.
The role is based in their modern offices in Solihull with the successful candidate joining a busy, friendly and professional team with big ambitions.

Main Role:
Your main role will be to advise customers on offerings and how they can influence the sale or purchase of a property, with the purpose of achieving instructions of our services. This is a high volume role and you will need to be highly organised and work well under pressure. You will need to be confident on the phone and be able to build rapport with our clients quickly to enable you to influence them into taking on our services. Strong customer service skills and IT literacy is also essential. The ideal candidate must fit into our work ethics which are based around 100% customer satisfaction across the business.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
+Selling conveyancing services to our clients who are buying or selling a +Selling mortgage services and surveys where applicable
+Ensure that your clients return key documentation in a timely manner
+Ensuring personal targets are met or exceeded
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
+100% Customer focused, able to build rapport easily over the phone, previous experience in a customer services or customer facing role
+Previous sales experience preferable, either telephone based or face-to-face
+Previous property experience would be beneficial but not necessarily required
+Ability to prioritise own workload, work to targets and deadlines
+Ability to thrive and multi-task in a fast pace high-volume environment
+Excellent IT skills

You will be required to work 40 hours a week, on a rota basis which consists of working 5 days a week, between the hours of 9am to 9pm, Monday to Sunday.
