Our client are looking to bring on a Senior Project Manager. They are one of the leading developers in the UK and have a world class reputation in the industry. Not only are they are involved in some of the most sought after residential schemes in the UK and currently have an excellent pipeline of new projects coming through too.
The Senior Project Manager will be required to lead a 150 acre, multi phased site. The scheme consists of 3000 units in total and is broken down into houses and apartments, all being traditional build.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful construction delivery of a large residential project working collaboratively with the Project Director to be part of a flagship scheme.
Example of responsibilities as follows:
To achieve the budgeted profit for the project
To sustain the Company's reputation with its existing client base
To provide leadership and direction so that all staff understand their role in delivering the project plan
To ensure that all project works meet the targeted schedule
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record in project management within a developer/house builder environment and astute commercial and technical skills, along with the enthusiasm and efficiency to make a positive contribution to our successful company.
Have a demonstrable track record in project management within developer/house build environment;
Have astute commercial and technical skills;
Strong experience in new-build residential projects;
Experience in Traditional Build projects;
Have enthusiasm and efficiency to make a positive contribution to our multi-disciplined, integrated project teams and to the wider business;
Have strong leadership and motivational skills to ensure that objectives are achieved;
Good oral and written communication skills;
A methodical, systematic and logical approach;
Focus and drive to achieve targets, budgets and results;
