Do you want to leave the PLC's behind and join a successful privately owned developer? Are you a standalone manager, who takes accountability for the success of his projects? Do you want to have a career working in and around the Hastings and Bexhill area? |
We require a Project Manager to join a established developer in the Hastings area. The projects are generally up to 40 two and three bed homes. This developer deliver a quality product to the first and second time buyer market in East Sussex. Unlike a big PLC with big commercial and technical departments, this developer requires their Project Managers to get involved in all areas. They will be commercial astute and work closely with the two QS's. They will have an understanding of where they are against budget. They will work closely with the Technical Manager and at time liaise with external consultants to resolve technical issues. They will nearly always be supported by Managers and Assistants.
If this sounds attractive to you and you are a competent Senior Site Manager / Project Manager then contact me for more information.
The company are able to offer unrivalled salary and packages, but in my opinion the best thing about working for this company in the fact that it is still privately owned and comparatively small compared to all PLC's, the sites are a manageable size, you have daily interaction with all levels from Chairman to MD to your Assistants and you have a real impact on how things are done and making improvements to the company.
If this opportunity sounds of interest to you, then contact me today...
