I need a focused, hardworking Assistant Site Manager to join a successful site team on a new build housing project in Horsham. The team will consist of three managers. Generally the Project Manager deals with ground works and infrastructure, the Site Manager generally looks after the superstructure and the Assistant will be looking after the internals.

The Assistant Site Manager will be tasked with delivering a quality finish and maintaining tight control over the sub contractors needed in the properties to achieve CML. Obviously support will be available but a confident and robust Assistant Site Manager is required. The project will be running until 2018, so it provides long term work in one location.

To be considered for the role you will need;

Experience working for a volume house builder

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid

Knowledge and experience of delivering internals to a good standard.
